Mini - Lab is a table-top fluid bed for laboratory use, sized for product volumes from 100 ml to 700ml. It is ideal for handling fine powders, pellets, granules, crystals and also tablets. It is an essential piece of laboratory equipment where product development involves particulate processing. Its main application is in the production of pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, dairy products, fine ceramics and chemicals.




Air is filtered and heated prior to passing through the distributor plate fluidizing the product and absorbing moisture. The product is completely contained within the unit by the highly efficient product filters.	A suitable liquid is sprayed from the bottom (tablets. Pellets, etc) ensuring uniform coating.
